In order to uniquely identify you, Login Information requires the following data:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Name Suffix (optional) - Jr, Sr, III, etc
• Password

Your name is used as your unique identifier and Login name. It is used in conjunction with your password to give you access to your account.

• Email
• Address
• Phone number(s)
• PCA Membership
• Emergency Contact

An Email Address is required for Registration, and is used for official notifications. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is current and correct.

Updated medical information is required for event participation.

By providing the information online, you may "certify" it with you electronic signature (confirming your password). Otherwise, you will be asked to complete and sign a paper copy.

Information is collected solely for the use of the PCA Potomac Drivers Education Program.

With permission from the PCA Potomac Board, we may share information with other PCA Potomac Programs, or with PCA National.

If, at some point in the future, we initiate any partnerships with our sponsors, we will modify this website to permit explicit Opt-In/Opt-Out choices.

We store your credit card number in our database, so we may submit the charges for each event in a "just-in-time" manner. To protect your credit card information, we use private key encryption of your card number before saving it, and only provide the last four digits in plain text.

The PCA Potomac Drivers Education Online Registration application uses a form of cookies (session) to maintain state between certain pages. Cookies are small files that your browser places on your computer's hard drive, and can remain (persist) or are erased when you leave the site or close your browser (session).

Most Internet browsers permit you to erase or block cookies. Blocking cookies will inhibit your ability to successfully register for DE Events.
